Rhinos Hammered by Ruthless DragonsAfter Wigan went level on points with the Rhinos thanks to last nights controversial win over the Tigers, the Rhinos needed to penetrate fortress Perpignan to go back two points clear in the quest for the minor premiership.
The Dragons had nothing to play for but pride and revenge for the earlier season losses to today's opponents.
Could the Rhinos get back on the bike after last weeks loss to the Saints, or would the wheels continue to leave the vehicle as they did after the Rhinos 2014 Challenge Cup Final win.

| Is there a bigger mystery in sport than Catalans ability to be great at home and useless after they've crossed the channel?!

They are certainly difficult to beat at home, you get the feeling with the squad they have they should be challenging for a top spot.

| Leeds doing what they did last season. Falling apart after a CC win.

Dunno why they are so poor away from home. Do believe they will be better next season though. They have made some good signings for next season, pat Richards, Glenn Stewart etc.
These guys are winners and will bring the right mentality to the club.

| Carney is an enigma. Best player in SL in the last 10 years. If he plays every game next season they'll finish top 4.
Sigismeau and Inu are quality. I hope Inu stays in SL.

Problem is that Catalans have spent a lot of money on two dud imports -- Villiami Sione Tonga and Benjamin Pomeroy -- and are losing two outstanding imports for next year --- Elliot Whitehead and John Zebolon Ta'ia.
The club needs to limit their imports to a few really classy players like Todd Carney, and Krisnan Inu, and give the talented French youth like wingers Fouad Yaha and Jordan Sigismeau, as well as mid career French talent like centre Anthony Gigot, and hooker Eloi Pelissier, a chance to shine in the first team.

You mean the French development system isn't even on a par with the discredited British Coaching and Player development system so they have to sign pension seeking crocks as well

| For whatever reason, it seems that the trip across the channel has a negative effect on sides. Unfortunately for the Dragons, they have to make the trip far more frequently than the top English teams. And it seems to be something that their recruits, however goo and however strong their winning mentality, are unable to overcome.

| Especially this time of year you look at the players on the away team and because of the heat they look worn out even before the match has started.

Surely the locker rooms at Stade Gilbert Brutus are air conditioned?
