According to Wikipedia (not a great piece of empirical evidence I grant you) it states Wayne Mardle, Ricky Hatton & Robbie Savage as Wigan fans.
I know Michelle Keegan and Helen Flanagan (Corrie fame) were at the Co-Operative Championships awards and claimed to love the game, not sure if they are affiliated with a team however
