As this thread is soon for the Bin and in the interest of keeping these boards clean, I thought I'd offer an explanation as to why I think dally messenger is vermin and is the sole reason this particular board is as populated as the marie celeste.

From nearly 1 year ago...we have the following from a thread entitled "what a @unt" and started by manly4ever.

This little biograpical overview apparently makes me a Union Troll to some of the posters on here and I have started to defend union purely to show these little to55ers up for what they are...keyboard warriors. I recently got a PM from a regular poster on RLFans that said he was considering leaving the boards because these same people were just tedious with their hijacking of threads and the calling names if someone dared to post anything they didn't agree with.
I have to say, the moderation of the NRL board isn't up to scratch IMO.
For the record, given the choice between watching a Union game with corporate hospitality live or a league game on TV, I would always chose league....just thought I would point that out.'"

I had previously had meetings with the Broncos to discusing marketing when they were based at the stoop for the first time, but still never really paid any attention to league. Then they moved to Griffin Park and as I lived 100yrds from the ground and worked with a season ticket holder I was convinced to go to a game.......the rest as they say, is history. The guy who I worked and convinced me to go to that game with now fears for his life and has to remain nameless. ________________________________________________________________________________________________

Again, I say that the standard of moderation on these boards is lacking. Why can't a genuine question and a genuine answer be protected from these idiots? They are driving real fans away from the boards and in real terms, the sinbin probably has more league content than this forum at the moment.'"

You're anything but a real fan. You are the antithesis of a real Rugby League fan. It is people like you who make forums like this one struggle to pick up new members.

For what it's worth, you are the Union troll here, your posts make that abundantly clear. Whilst ever you're allowed to freely post here you are being treated, and should be treated, like a troll. You have no interest in the NRL, you only come to this forum because you know it's basically unmoderated in comparison to the other forums.

This is a Rugby League site and based on the only actual Union thread in the "other sports" forum where it states "If you must discuss Union, do it here", the originator of RLFANS is someone who feels the same way about Union as most of the posters in the NRL section.

You should be forced to post in that thread and that thread alone. So yes, you are right in saying that this forum's moderation is not up to scratch. It will never be whilst you still post in it.'"
