your kidding yourself if you think in any reality the super league RFl our partners at Sky would be happy to have any side in the Super league above Leeds, you might all have a good laff but it would be a disaster for the game if Leeds went down, the game is not big enough for its best supported highest turnover club to not be in the top league, cue every little ref decision that goes Leeds way in middle 8's to be a conspiracy theory to keep them up.

Leeds will be far to good in middle 8's and everyone knows it, they may loses 1-2 games but wont be anywhere near million pond game.

Hull KR and Salford are currently head and shoulders above Leeds in terms of the players they can put out on the field going into the middle 8`s, Salford beat you easily on Friday night.

Widnes have been dire but have signed a fair few in the last few weeks that will strengthen them going into the 8`s, the signing of Finn will especially give them some direction which they have so desperately missed throughout this season.

I don`t think there will be any change IMO, but I don`t think Leeds will be `far too good`at all, i don`t think it will be as clear cut and dry as you seem to think... I expect KR or Salford to finish top of the bunch and Leeds to sit around 3rd but there is every chance they could get dragged into the million pound game.

No chance, for me, of Leeds being anywhere near the MPG. Forget the form over the season, as a club they always seem to be able to step it up when it matters. Like others have said Leeds at risk of relegation may be humorous to some people, but it would be disastrous for the sport imo. Widnes currently seem the most vulnerable to me. I expect Leeds and KR to be 1st and second, Salford should scrape into 3rd if they play how they can (my concern over Salford is off the field, not on it).

This is the thing though, in the past they have always had the players to step it up when it matters, they currently do not! They could not even beat us when we were so terribly poor in such a big must win game... They are in a mess currently, yet no one seems to recognize this.

I am not saying they will be in the MPG, I am saying is there is every chance they could be, I don`t buy this there is no danger for them at all.

Go to the Leeds board - I think they recognise it so much, that RLFans have put the Samaritans on a watching brief.

well of cause they could be in MPG, and well all know it is a danger, and it could happen, nothing is given, but it probably wont happen, forget current recent form its what happens over the next 8 weeks (including CC semi) that matters. this season is all reset now and Leeds know this and will have been preparing over last 2-3 weeks will have been gearing towards middle 8's and semi.
no body says it will be easy or a stroll but Leeds will prevail and will finish 1st or 2nd.

i think you your opinions are just fanciful, people really overestimating how good other sides are and how bad Leeds are, yes Salford won easily Friday, but if we just went on who beat who and when there would be no point anybody playing anyone we could just decide it all on recent form and not bother playing. Leeds Beat saints and should have beet then a second time a few weeks aglow. does not work like that.

TBF most of them on there are like that all the time even in title winning seasons. Think they’re happiest when things they can be moaning.

Meh, meaningless game the week before a Cup semi and we rested several, can’t believe anybody is putting any real emphasis on it. Strongest team available in a must win game and at Headingley will be a different story.
