No he worked to save up the money did without a lot of other stuff so he could go to the game - sacrifices some make to watch live rugby.

| Well done and respect to him for doing the hard yards so he can get to do the things he enjoys.
But for some of us it aint that simple.
I go to footy matches when I can, probably more local stuff though.
Nothing wrong with that, lower leagues need support too.

Here here Mr Eels. Good on ya.
Actually if you go to Shellharbour at some point, you may bump into a former GB international who coaches kids down there. His name is Karle Hammond and he was famous for playing at St Helens, as well as London Broncos and Widnes.

Yeah I'll probably get to go that way soon to see a few matches. (waiting to get the gas fixed on a car I'm buying)
Lucky I live within 5 mins of one of the local clubs here and I have a fair few others within 15 mins by car/bus.
Love the name Warilla Gorillas, best name in the comp

The game wasn't that good - one watch was enough - pretty average fair tbh.
As I said earlier the intensity and quality on show in the Dragons v Bulldogs game was of a much higher order.
The PTB was a complete shambles

Karl was a good attacking player with a good kicking game - shame about his tackling though.

Agreed as someone who has attended hundreds of junior games supporting my two boys I have had much enjoyment from the simpler form of the game
