No doubt. The Raiders sponsor though is something else even by NRL standards, it's enormous. Also when you look at the Melbourne top and the Bunnies, they have the same sponsor but the Bunnies big black box, compared to the integrated one of Melbourne ruins the top imo.
Out of the NRL ones I like the Roosters the best, both the home and away are spot on. Hopefully we get something similar at Trinity this season, having the same club colours and same company making it. The Cowboys home and away look cool as well.

Yes and before the normal idiots appear Trinity pre-date Easts by 35 years and have played in a RW&B combination for nearly all that time. Further to this they have worn the "v" configuration on numerous occasions throughout that time, even the great early sixties team wears the "v" and not the band at Wembley at least once.
So although ours should actually match the East's away strip we have every right to have that particular design.
Thanks.

An interesting read and I like the strip too but why be defensive if you like the kit and it suits Trinity, particularly as you seem to have found a heritage angle?

Because everytime we bring out the "v" we get the same comment that it's a Roosters shirt or dafter still a GB shirt - you become defensive when supporting Trinity I'm afraid.

Fair enough it wasn't a criticism by the way.
I'm not particularly a kit aficionado which is perhaps just as well as Warrington have gone through the full range, stripes, hoops, banded, v, plain predominantly white, blue and primrose. The only thing that wish we had stuck with is an accepted version of primrose, rather than using various shades of yellow anywhere between a rich cream, primary yellow, acid yellow and even something towards amber

They look decent. Kits look so much better when their sponsors are integrated. Compare this to last years Hudds shirt and that big white box on the front. There are still a load of white boxes on the home kit, but at least its a step in the right direction. Away shirt is really good.

It's OK but I prefer the more traditional broader bands, to me it's more RL - that's just a touch wendy ball.
