No it is not. The promotion will come down to Toronto Wolfpack and Toulouse Olympique. Both of those teams deserve to be in Super League by 2022, to ensure an improved value contract with Sky. |

& why not ?
I am reasonably educated & intelligent, therefore I recognise when a system does not favour the best team who should rightly be promoted.
Fev were for a period the dominant team in Championship, followed later by Leigh & neither were promoted due to franchising. |

I very much doubt Bradford have the best juniors in the league, maybe 2nd behind Widnes, the under 19s table shows this.
