Betway.com advert on itv straight after the champions league match has just given the world cup a mention, boasting best odds etc.. Maybe not a direct advert for ticket sales but at least its acknowledging the event is taking place and making people aware.

I would say that BBC interview this evening with Hock has brought back the cloth caps and ferrets back into our game.
It felt like some dumb player sulking after losing his place in a pub rugby team.
Not a good image for an entertaining, dynamic sport preparing for an exciting world cup.
Ill discipline by professional players and ill discipline of the "walk out" clubs is not a good advert to our game over the past 24 hours.
