Didnt suggest they would 'lose all the games'...reduce Super saturday to one game and take MNF away and whats the reason to subscribe to Foxtel? Espec if the other games go out nationally on FTA.

Remember the pop of Qld and NSW is BIGGER than WA, SA and Vic combined...that 40% penetration rate that Foxtel currently has may be in some danger...it could even drop to Vic levels...

I agree about Super Saturday, having three games on Fox (2 at the same time) doesn't make sense to me.

Get one on Ten/One with mnf.

It makes perfect sense if you're a pay TV company tryin to sell subscriptions and create extra value to advertising rates..Those with an interest in RL will be watching your channel for most of the late afternoon/ evening. Improves the reach no end.

But does it make sense for every game to go out live? Money wise yes, but attendence wise..

Balancing act. Defeats the purpose of showing it if crowds are low. I have never personally gone to a Monday pm game...I have a conflict. I generally tape it on iq.
