The safest clubs are the A grades from last time, with Crusaders and Quins next. The battle is between the rest. |

playing ability has long been a side issue with SL promotion. Can you imagine the Premiership in football saying to QPR 'you can't come in, we want the 7th placed side instead'

Lets assume that, for the sake of argument that all the heartland clubs get a minimum b grade license... as do the London team... Wrexham and Halifax get a c grade...
based on the assumption that Wrexham are safe... due to their strategic positioning in the long term expansion plans of the game (ha ha) which team gets the boot?

Never been able to fathom this. Now not for a second do i believe Widnes to be worse than any club in SL but the RFL deciding to promote Widnes before the SL applications had come in basically says they know some teams are not up to scratch otherwise you couldnt risk putting a team in if their application could be worse than current SL clubs.
We already know that Fax meet all the criteria and we know that at least a couple of SL sides dont meet all the criteria so because of that ive booked the 26th off work and am holding a street party to celebrate Halifax`s entry in to SL........yeah right. |
