I cant believe how daft some people are on here sometimes. The ref did not "favour" England against Fiji or Aus against Ireland, the problem was is the "minnows" are tired after working harder against better players, so are more likely to concede penalties in defence, because they are tired they try to slow play down more, therefore giving away more penalties. Its's pretty simple when you take off your "minnow" hat.

Add to that the commitment (stupidity) of some of the Fijians defence and discipline throughout the comp and I think they have been lucky in all their games.

Bentham stank - even the southern hemisphere oz commentators were embarrassed.

He has been poop all season in SL as have nearly all the SL refs.
Thaler is the best of a bad bunch.
