Not if the RFL is smart with scheduling. Have each English club play the two French clubs on consecutive weekends. That way the fans can get to see both games on one trip if they want a 9 day vacation in the south of France. Not every English fan will want a 9 day vacation, but many will. It could make the French trip more attractive to English fans, especially for the games in full summer.
That scheme will also allow the French teams to have alternate home and away games which is good for French TV, because they will have a home game with a different French club each weekend.

I think we can all agree that the Challenge Cup would have been better served, from a PR point of view, if Toulouse had won.
