| If this is purely tactical
Good on banana cake
I think chase has probably not been good enough and Micky Mac I really can't see playing for England again.
That's how bad I thought he was.
Watkins has had his chance and I don't think he is 100%
Ablett would be a much better option for centre.
Nice comp between Charnley an Briscoe.
Both quality.
Charnley is probably the better player, but Briscoe played the best out of the games for England.

I agree with the context of the comment but the twitter account has now been removed...Seems an odd coincidence mere days after it being created if he hasn't had some kind of comeback from it.

If that is the case (which it's not IMO) then the love of your life - Danny Brough AKA Wally Lewis and Lockyer combined, would almost certainly have been dropped for the games that matter had been selected.
Which was thwarted when he took his teddies and toddled off because he wasn't a guaranteed, 100% first choice starter, key player, hero heartbeat of the team.
Strong attitude.

He's been dropped because he was was poor in the last game.
He had twitter for barely any time and made 2 tweets. The chances are he deleted it because he tryed it, and wasn't into it.
The chances are the management probably weren't even aware of his second tweet, if they were they probably had a few words that he needs to be careful what he writes, maybe chanse thought it wasn't worth the hassle after this and deleted it.
But seriously, dropping him from the biggest games because of one throwaway tweet which wasn't even bad?
No.

Or he may have played ok.
But that would be boring.

Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_10174.png |

| People who think RC has been dropped at this late stage of the competition because of his performances are very naive.

How many players have they got left ? It must be getting pretty thin now.

| So is all this bad behavior stuff just speculation or what? At first I just thought SMc had just took a gamble after some poor performances but now hes absent from pictures... makes you wonder!

I heard that he was dropped because of his performances.
People will never believe that though because a conspiracy theory is much more appealing.
Hock was dropped because he went on a bender and missed training.
Hardaker left after a night out in Leeds with his mates included behaviour that broke the Leeds code of conduct.
Chase got dropped because he didn't play team orders.
Boring but there you go.

| For all those worried about his match fitness, maybe Widdop won't even be starting at 6. With the squad announced he could potentially play Sinfield & Burrow in the halves and bring Widdop off the bench for Roby and move Burrow up to hooker.
BTW I'm not saying this is what McNamara should do, merely pointing out it could happen.

| Personally, I doubt whether it was ever planned that Chase would play in this particular match or the final if we were to reach it. I felt that all along.

Think Widdop (or Burrow) would've gotten more game time it that was his plan all along. Why would you have Widdop miss out on two weeks of match practise if your intention was for him to start against New Zealand (especially considering his injury layoff prior to the tournament.)
