Because they are impartial. There is no rule to say any referee can't officiate at any game in RL, regardless of their place of birth or where they live.

| Ganson's the best ref in the comp. Even Wiganers will have him, did you not hear the 'We want Ganson' chant against Warrington 
Bentham has been poor so far however IMO. |

Didnt we have a VR from Hessle a few seasons ago at Widnes when he disallowed about 4 home trys and we won. |
