If 7 players from Hull were to get in the dream team it would be the most single dominant club in SL dream teams for 15 years and a joint record. It would be 3 more than leeds had last year when winning the treble, 2 more than Saints had when winning the treble in 06, 2 more than when leeds won the league by 9 points in 04, Do you think that would be a fair reflection on this year?'"
Fully agree. There should be at least 9 from Hull

Like I said at the bottom of my post . injuries have interrupted a lot of the players that would usually be challenging for a spot in the dream team ,
Hulk have been blessed with quite an uninterrupted season in reguards to injury's .
The closest competition to Shaul is probably Dorn and sneyde us probably in a 4 way fight for 2 spots . the rest IMHO are way ahead of anyone else
Can you name 2 that have been better than Fonao , 2 beter than minichello or 2propd better than Taylor this season . Ellis and Houghton I would say are light years ahead of anyone else this season .
What would your team be smokey ?

For my money Ellis and Taylor are, or should be, guaranteed. Shaul should be there too. Not necessarily my England pick but you'd need to argue pretty hard to get me to concede that he's not been the best full back this year. Houghton is probably in a neck and neck battle with Clarke, the coming weeks will decide that one. Sneyd has a shot, but there are several good candidates. Fonua also has a chance, but that's probably more down to the general dearth of good centres knocking about. Minichiello personally wouldn't be in my team, but he features in plenty of other peoples teams, and not just Hull fans either.
So to say it's a fix if they aren't in is of course biased nonsense, but it's not unrealistic to suggest they all could be in.

Can't be all that many, this season it has been very much if you can keep the spine of your team healthy then you can come up with results. There are lots of players who would have been considered for the dream team having played very well but not accrued enough games for consideration.
These players have been "exceptional" but have missed missed too many games:
Luke Dorn
Tom Johnstone
Mark Percival
Krishnan Inu
Antony Gelling
John Bateman
Hull and Warrington have managed to keep there best forwards and dominate for a large junk of the season to put the half backs on a good footing so the bulk of the dream team pack is coming from them.

| There is an interesting question from recent posts. How many games should a player have played in to be considered for the dream team and consequently MOS.
Most players pick up injuries, it's part of the sport, there's 23 league games before the split, another 7 afterwards and potentially 6 cup and play off's.
To miss 10 games or less still means a player had been involved in 2/3rds of the season, I think it's reasonable to consider him.

Good question when you put it like that , sounds worse when you say he's missed a third of the season though , if you missed the games at the start of the season you may possibly go under the radar and have a chance too . don't think cup games will count I wouldn't imagine if its a super league dream team . . I'd say it's over the 30 games
Got to Houghton but still 4 games to go
