AFAIK, the quota rules are exactly the same for every super league and whilst the bigger clubs have the ability to attract the better players whether from the UK or further afield and the less attractive clubs will have irate and envious fans who take every opportunity to have a dig and a moan.

The fact that overseas players are being signed should be a cause for concern, but myopia is alive and well in RL as a lot of posts show.
