I wonder if any further action will be taken on account of the fact he has returned to NZ and admitted to deliberately "trying to break his leg" as Chase has chosen to play for England. A premeditated attempt to cause a serious injury to another player.

We had a talk the night before about what the jersey meant and that must have come out. When you come up against your family you want to outplay them. I didn't outplay him. I tried to break his leg."

The thought either real or imagined that a fellow countryman is in some way showing disrespect to your country is a powerful one and sadly in some cases some people get carried away on a wave of emotion.
It was a disgusting act though

The original point was Luke did what he did because Chase was born in NZ but playing for England...in much the same way Fien turned his back on Australia to play for the Kiwis...
