Well posts on other boards seem to suggest they come under one, and then theres Wrexham Village (?) all very confusing. But with players as far back as July claiming 'the club didn't give a rats ass about them' on twitter/fb etc it makes you wonder what the hell is going on. Also I doubt John Sharps claim is anything to do with a pension, more to do with unfair dismissal I think
Time will tell and I expect it all to be 'spun' under the carpet with help from the RFL of course. Don't forget they have 'opened a dialogue'.

I would think those rumours are wishful thinking as they all seem to be originating out of wakefield and theres not even been a whisper in cas. |

Just looked at the Companies Court Winding Up List for tomorrow. There are two of our clubs listed, one being Oldham (again) and the other is Wakefield which I assume will be withdrawn as it is supposed to have been paid hasn't it

Nope, says 3rd November. Wonder if this is why RLFans haven't moved any clubs about the boards as they usually do at the end of the season. The RFL can't confirm the makeup of the leagues as they don't know how many will be still in existence. Blackpool apparently have till Friday to sort themselves out or they are out. |

I think you may be correct. The Planning committe recomended approval on 29th November 2007 but according to the planning website the decision notice was issued on 21st June 2010 after the completion of the section 106 agreement was signed dated 18th June 2010 so the OPP may still stand untii June 2013.
But I am no expert and will stand corrected  |

To be fair (as far as I know and apologies if I'm wrong) you went into Administration (so the club was insolvent) and Steve O Connor bought the club out of Administration (so the club moved forward within a new limited company, leaving behing the debts of the "old" company in Administration).
Sounds an awful lot like going bust and reforming to me. |

We did not go bust 2 years ago. |
