Much more realistic and far superior.
I mean, unlimited tackles as soon as you enter the 20 thats bad enough, go and watch union but then you exit the 20 and 'have' to kick?? ahaha where? and within how long, how many steps are you allowed?? I dont know about you but id just boot it at the nearest persons face and claim 6 to go.. oh wait you cant.. you dont have 6 tackles anymore. The 20m line becomes the new try line and then its just quick rucking and the defence has to retreat all the time. Quick ruck until you score, whether that be 6 tackles or 26.
Utterly ridiculous

| Atleast the league version of the unlimited tackle in 20 metre line would be far more interesting to watch, then the yawnion version.
Kick it up in the air where do you think?

| In international matches, the Australian national side shall have to play in Wheelchairs, to make it a bit more fair, the outside backs can use electric ones.

| Mine is nicked from union.
A kick dead in goal would result in a scrum to the opposition where the kick came from, get rid of this negative hoofing the ball down field to clear lines and punish team by starting on their 20.

Well myn is,if the attacking team is in the 20 metre line of the opposite team they should be allowed to continue play until they step out of the 20 metre line which then they must kick the ball back to the opposite team. All in all teams have to tackle their backsides off until they drive them out of the 20 metre line.Which could make it very very interesting.Continuos play means excitement plus.

Mine would be a voluntary tackle rule. Very simple if you go to ground as soon as the opponent has touched you it's a handover. Only bit of the game i really don't like. Watching 18 stone props falling down as soon as contact is made looks silly especially when they should be making a bullocking run through their opponents.

| Quote Teessidewire="Teessidewire"That's a great suggestion. The current rule is a case of good play being penalised. Apart from that I would leave the laws as they are.'"
Yeah i hate seeing any good defensive play punished. Get rid of BOD as well. Horrible rule.

Ive said this on the thread about referees, Graham is ridiculous for it.
RL must have become the only contact sport where the attackers job is to get to the floor and and the 'tacklers' job is to keep them off it.
I wouldnt put such a rule in place though, id just call surrender a lot bleeding more

| If you can start the play without a P.O.B, I think you should be able to, If you make a blistering run, and someone tackles you, I hate it when they have to wait for a line to be formed - if you can get up, you should be able to tap and run with it.
