I have bought 6 and will be taking 5 non RL followers. One coming from Paris and another is from South Africa. I just hope it lives up to the hype I have given it.
I must say I am very disappointed that so far I have seen no mention of the £10 tickets in London or for that matter the occasion at all. I take an Evening Standard and Metro almost daily but have not seen an advert or anything. In a few weeks London will be awash with football again. We should have been striking now while tkts are cheap and football is not so important.
Saracens have done it with great success. RL should do the same.
As an aside I wonder if the GF crowd will be affected with some choosing Wembley in Nov over Manchester in October? I am talking neutrals and not fans of finalists. Though if it turns out to be Cats vs Giants I have heard rumours the final will be at the MEN Arena.

I live and work in London - I've not seen it in either of the free papers which I look through most days. Its a shame because the price point is a great move to publicise the game down here - a tenner for a day out at Wembley is a bargain compared to almost anything else you can see there. Me and my Dad are taking 10 others and only one of them has been to a live game before. But if they didn't happen to be mates with a northerner in exile, they would never have even heard about the game. There must be a lot of opportunities being missed. | | |
