Not under the current owner, no.

Why would I need an excuse? the 2017 SL champions v little old London....should be a hammering, but Leeds needed plenty of assistance from the man in the middle last week v Toulouse......SL couldn't afford to lose 15k fans every fortnight....

I'm not anti Leeds....... But your new director of rugby could and should have been employed as director of referees by the RFL...... You always get the 50/50 calls

If that were true we wouldn’t even be in the Middle 8’s. Whenever someone says “big clubs get all the decisions” all they achieve in doing is making themselves look either daft or bitter.

It’d be interesting to get the honest opinions of players who spent parts of their careers at bigger and smaller clubs.
I don’t want McGuire to speak to refs like he did at Leeds now he’s with us. To do otherwise would be daft and naive, imo. Peacock’s incredulity at Hicks awarding an iffy and crucial drop goal to Hudds a couple of years ago felt like it reflected on his previous experience with dominant teams as much as the decision itself.
Fair enough, he suffered Chris Joynt’s voluntary tackle, but that was against St Helens.
Alex Ferguson pretty much acknowledged he used his own and Manchester United’s pre-eminence to influence refs. There’s no grand conspiracy, but refs are human and humans are suggestible.
I’m sure Hull KR got their share back in the 1980s.

Every team has players who get in the refs face and speak out of turn, again it’s one of those things were to some only the likes of Leeds and Wigan players do it when it’s every team in reality.
That a reaction that Peacock had in a HKR shirt can still be blamed at Leeds’s door show the predetermined mindset when it comes to a Leeds or a Wigan when it comes to decisions/penalties/behaviour.

I agree with the first part of your post.
However, why would you, or anyone question that any players behavior at a previous club, particularly a senior pro like Peacock, shouldn't be attributable to their time at their previous club? It's more than likely why the player was offered a new role and the phrase 'old dogs new tricks' springs to mind and applies to both positive and negative traits

If Leeds have conceded five penalties, I assume that means at least 5 fatalities in the London team - no wonder the Broncos are struggling!

Yep, and Leeds felt sorry for them with 5 dead players so let them score 5 unanswered try's to let them feel better.

But London were clearly much better than Widnes. How much better than London was Leeds?
If Jarrod Sammut had been kicking well it would have been Lonfon 42- Leeds 48.

And Leeds would have still won, all that really matters in this ridiculous middle 8s
