I stopped listening to Phil Clarke a number of years ago when he argued something along the lines of tries pulled back for forward passes would have been scored anyway.

He's just another Sky shock jock with an underlying agenda to create unnecessary controversy.

I think his credibility went with the 'score predictor' that sky allowed him to introduce. What a load of B0ll0x that was.
