Bradford still should of waited for their player to go off before sending their sub on. Still 14 players on the pitch no matter how you look at it.

Totally different circumstances. The ref should have stopped the game if he was not going to allow Bradford to sub Scruton off.

If Bradford are fined 10k then fair enough but the circumstances are totally different.

I think Salfords Dr K will have to pay the fine, its obvious there is something wrong with the Salford Pitch that is causing the player count reoccuring problem.

If Bradford get fined for the ref not holding play while a player is hobbling off the pitch then it is a right joke.

1. Playing a set or 3 tackles with 14 men on the pitch.

2. Playing with 13 men in the line while 1 is hobbling off the field.

Major differences there I dont even know why you are stating Bradford should get fined for that. The RFL have took a backward step if they fine th Bulls.

You shouldn't be allowed to have 14 players on the field whilst the ball is in play full stop. Of course Bradford had an advantage, they should have been down to 12 men whilst the player left the field, or are you suggesting subs should be allowed to run on and take part before the substituted player has actually left the field? Pretty sure the rules are clear on this one. Of course the rfl won't hit them the same, that would require a punishment framework that was consistent!

Im stating if a player gets injured, the ref should stop the play to keep it at a fair basis. No way mhave Bradford done the same thing as Salford. If a player is walking to the sideline to come off a player should be allowed to enter the field. Salford actually played with 14 players.

So did Bradford, just that one of them wasn't directly involved in the play. If the ref should stop the game so a player can leave the field is an arguable excuse, did the player leave the field by the shortest route?

I dont know that bit pal. Just from what I read. I may have this wrong and it may be more than just a player hobbling off the pitch as ive not seen footage but if it is just that as the bbc say I think it will be very harsh to charge Bradford.

Bradford probably should get fined, but there should be different grades to the offence so the fine shouldnt be as much.

Tbh if RFL do give us a fine then most teams will be getting fines for this every week. Subs coming on while injured players are still leaving field of play happens on a weekly basis. Whilst strictly speaking its against the rules common sense usually prevails. A player leaving field in back play and a player joining he line and taking tackles are totally different circumstances and any fine will reflect that difference.

Not really, not seen the incident but from what it's described as is nothing like the Salford incident. You had 14 players in the line tackling.

Bradfords player was walking off the pitch while our sub went on, he is not involved in play. I see it happen every game. Clutching at straws I'm afraid. If we do get fined then every club will every week.its If we get fined for this then we should start fining clubs for having water boys on. They've got 14 men on the field haven't they?

well as already stated. The sub should be allowed to be made then if we are not going to stop play. Bradford and Salford cicumstances are totally different. Minimum fine if any in my eyes.

Need to see if Salford put a complaint in also.
