It's a strange choice considering Tomkins has scored about 10 "better" tries himself this year. Not least the one against Saints at MM.

That was on par with the Richard Whiting 80m intercept try, although that may have been 2011.

Maybe not 10, but as you say the MM one was better than either of the other Wigan ones imo.

All irrelevant, Millard had this wrapped up the second he put the ball down. The drama around it was always going to beat out any "better" tries at a random point in a game.
