Well as far as I know we are not - NM is still hitting the markers and although the timescale has stretched the outcome appears to still be a goer.

People have to accept especially Trinity fans that NM is part of a much bigger project and as any reasonable person will accept it is not easy in the current economic climate to get all the financial elements up and ready - 10 years ago this project would be half built by now but at the moment getting money from banks takes lot more effort. It took 18 month to convince a bank to find the cash to finish Trinity Walk and that was 2/3 built! Patience is the key.

I think that's a fair point, selling anything right now is hard work hence the timescale. However the development remains viable and as the recession lifts as it will it should pick up speed.

Nothing is certain but the fact is no one not even the well informed like TRB and IA are privy to the exact state of play how could they be we are talking mega bucks here.

Sir Rodney Walker is the most high ranking contact we at SWAG has and things are unfolding pretty much as he said they would yet and a couple of month ago at the last meeting he remained confident and has not said anything to the contrary since. When I say people who actually know I mean him and for now that and not the drivel posted on here is all we can go by.

For me at present it's 65/35 in NM favour, but that could go either way as we should all know by now.
