So what's your next suggestion?'"
For people to accept that RL will never be popular enough in South Wales (or Wales in general) to field a strong enough side to beat any of the big 3.
A welsh born South Wales player who is a good Rugby player will always prefer playing RU.
I challenge anyone to stop someone in Cardiff who is wearing a Crusaders jersey (there wont be many) and ask him or her what part of Wales he or she is from. A very low percentage will be from the South.
Any red Welsh Rugby jerseys you see in Cardiff over the Millennium magic weekend will look like this one.

What part of the above do you disagree with?
Do you think there will be more Crusaders Shirts than WRU ones in Cardiff that weekend?

| Well for a start, back in 1995, Wales nearly knocked Australia out of the RLWC without a full structure from U8's to SL.
Now they have everything in place right to the top from the very bottom, who's to say they can't do what NZ has?
Ypu also say any decent Rugby player would choose RU over League, but if the daft idiot had any sense, he'd choose soccer and see the world while sleeping with 3 chics a night on a bed covered in $100 notes wouldn't he?

Wales didn't play Australia in the 1995 RLWC so you got that wrong.
Why would a Rugby player choose soccer anyway?
Dally you really do get worse

I would do but not this year. Don't have the cash to stay over and the last train out of Cardiff to the north is at 17:45 which means I would miss nearly two games.

| 1,000 free tickets each day donated by the RFL to 'Tickets for Troops'. A smart move IMO.

So why should the Army get in for free? What about members of the emergency services?

What about them? Do they have a similar organisation because if so, I am sure the RFL would support them as well.
It's a smart move by the RFL giving 2,000 free tickets away because it's relatively low cost to them, helps out a charitable organisation that attracts donations for the tickets, brings some good PR and brings in upto 2,000 people that may not otherwise attend and who may take others, buy merchandise, enjoy the spectacle and become regulars.
I'd also expect free tickets to be given out in the schools of South Wales.

Well there are 149,000 seats to be filled - 2 x whatever the screen area takes up.
