They'll be trying to shift on their Premier League rights to generate some cash, but under the EU ruling they can't sell them to BSkyB and nobody else is likely to be interested.
Even if they could find an interested party, they'd be better off waiting for Setanta to go to the wall then snap the rights up cheap from Deloittes in the fire sale that would follow.

Those rights would revert back to the original owner, as no payment will have been made they are not assets of Setanta. |

sky could buy them but only half. its 6 packages of coverage sky has 4 setanta 2. sky can't have all of them so they could theoretically buy half of setantas coverage but as you say can't get all of them due to monopoly laws. |
