| Quote: Wes Hooligan "I know plenty of FC fans and have sat in the home stands at the KC, and a lot of the fans seem to be incredibly negative. I am not saying they are bad people or hooligans, they are just bad fans. Their actions have a negative impact on the club, which often more than negates the money they put in. In other words, the club would be better off without them. I'm talking about the kind that drove Peter Sharp out of the club, those who booed Tommy Lee when his name was read out on the team sheet etc. I know every club has fans like this, it's just that FC seems to have a bigger ratio of this type of fan than most other clubs, at least from experience.'"
This season has seen a few fans boo at some point, Bradford, Wigan, Warrington to name just three clubs, so this behaviour unfortunaltey goes on not just at Hull. The problem at FC in imo is expectations, FC won a challenge cup, reached G/final, then reached a c/cup again and fans expected the club to kick on from this, however our club have not done this, instead we have had a catalogue of disasters Cooke=contract not signed this caused all kinds of problems, Thackery=not registered for c/cup, this caused a lot of embarassment for fans who were mocked and called cheats!, games changed to a Friday with no consultation with fans a lot were very dissapointed as they are unabole to attend, Crocker/Luaikai=visa problems which although know-ones fault very dissapointing. Signing of Readon=enough said there!, so you see our board continually do things which imo shows they are incompetent, is there any wonder our fans become negative. I attend every home game in the last 2 season I have only heard the crowd boo twice and one of those was the last match, our fans normally respond with walking out in silence. And to top it our club ban the media every time they are critisised (which is quite often), we are now on our 2nd ban with our local bbs radio station!

There is a small minority (chav corner) who are lively however minorities are in all clubs.
We have average about 14,000, you consider a high percenate of these morons

You missed out the biggest bone of contention with all FC fans - you are now playing 2nd fiddle to Rovers and that hurts more than all the above put together.

Biggest bone of contention for most fans at most clubs is Saints & Leeds domination, fans welcome other teams doing well and challenging.
Not all supporters share your mentality fortunatley

I agree with you.
A close competition is a good competition.
Super league has been a 2,3 or 4 Horse race for 2 decades.
The quicker both the Hull Sides, Warrington and the rest can offer some ongoing pressure the quicker the game will blossom to its full potential.

Depends what the next steps are. From an outside point of view I think one of the more important things for Hull is who leaves the club (not limited to playing staff) not who joins the club.

I agree - but for starters all we can do is to replace players that are leaving with better quality.
Orford for thorman, kite for cusack/king/thacks is going someway to improving the squad

| Kite and Orford would be superb signings. I hope you get them, having two Hull clubs at the top of the table would be fantastic. Would make for a better derby that's for sure!

| Kite is signed till the end of 2011 and is no chance IMO
Orford is in his thirties and going downhill, he may work out.
