As I said before, don't put any money on that...

As we haven't reached the date where players can talk to other clubs about next season I wouldn't take much notice of that too

| The club have told a fe wplayers that they can speak to other clubs as they wish.
I will bank all my money on it, believe what you want. If you have been told diff then fair enough
Quite a few clubs have asked about some of our players which is always a good sign.

As BG says the timing is all wrong.
Wakey want transfer fees - because they need the money
Wakey want players to go now - to cut costs asap.

Several different sources really.
1. The clubs shareholder meeting they announced that the ground had been sold in 2007 and of the £1.7million there was £0.5million remaining. This means they have spent £1.2million over 2 years - this would put them in a dire position if there is no restrictions on spending - the biggest cost of which is staff wages.
2. Brough was offered to the Giants and every other superleague club. Sculthorpe was offered to Prem1 clubs too. Since there are several sources on here independently saying the same thing it would suggest it is true.
3. Gates are obvious to measure. But with them predicting more fans this season on the back of their CC semi appearance surely they would have ordered MORE stock for the club shop therefore them running out of mediums suggests they ordered less than last year even in the face of their own estimates of more fans through the turnstiles.
4. Strong rumours out of Bradford that they are taking on Rooney next year and possibly Atkins.
5. RLW had comment that Drew and Petersen were talking to Lawyers and this was mentioned albeit a denail by Ted earlier this week.
6. As mentioned by the OP the statement from Keer was pretty self explanatory.
7. Any share issue is to raise capital. Traditionally they are offered on the quiet to avoid rumours - issuing of new shares devalues the existing ones and therefore annoys shareholder. This issue is in the public domain - as is the £50,000 stadium sponsorship which s due to be announced on before the season but never was.
It has been mentioned above that I have an agenda here - but all I have done is collate the facts that are out there - read into them what you will.
Neggy - if you are interested you can request a detailed submitted accounts from Companieshouse.gov and you should be able to see the balance sheet figures on the stadium sale.

Cheers. Though it was mainly the stuff about the players being offered to other clubs that I was interested in. Certainly wouldn't be the first time we have fooked up big style but if true it could well be the last...

I'm confused....judging by your post, Belle Vue is still called Belle Vue and not the Hearwell Direct Stadium?

The are not rumours. Many are announced by your own club. Others from reputable sources with no vested interest. Others your club will not admit but does not directly deny.
For eg Richardson and Kear have been talking to the press. Have either of them denied catagorically that players have been offered for release this season - because that is what has been stated in the rugby league press.
You are in denial. Your choice.

They have come out and said the rumours are load of rbbish, but there is too many at the moment to comment on each. I don't want them to comment on each as it would get boring.
It's up to you what you think but its not a new thing you and Hudds lot talking negative crap about Wakey
Any way this is not going any where we all just seem to repeat ourselfs.
I take it you will not be on forum for few week when you lose your cup final tomoz?
