So he has a history of taking failing clubs, getting them to a level they can't possibly sustain and then cashing out before it all comes falling down?
Happy times ahead for Hull FC fans.

Yopu could say that about any club going but wasnt his faulf that Risdale and Duffen was nutcases with money. As for FC,he has tried to buy us before bit KH wanted too much money.Im more happier with Pearson in charge than the previous regime who has put our youth structure at least 2yrs behind everyone else and Pearson has spent £150,000 getting the training facilities upto scratch. He said at the last fans forum that the club is a top 4 club but was ran ata bottom 4 club rate.

TBH without adam taking over and pouring his money in, i dread to think were we would be now with all the lies and under investement from the last regime
Think was pulling the wool over our eyes for years, telling us what we wanted to hear, then when questioned by anyone like my good self was made an outcast unless you wanted to believe in there vision that all was good in the hood
The way she treat the fans was a disgrace

I had you down for a little more than the average troll but you've surprised me. A quick look on google will tell you that's far from being the case.
Given that the only people who could not see where Leeds Utd were heading were Ridsdale and a few thousand of the more myopic Leeds fans, an opportunity to acquire Hull City for a song, is not one many would have passed up. Pearson then oversaw a steady rise in fortune including re-locating to the KC and promotion to the Championship. It was obvious to him that he didn't have the resource to take the club further and sold out to Duffen, Bartlett & Walker. It was shortly after this time that he first made a bid to buy Hull FC but no-balls Hetherington's valuation of circa £7m was way too steep a price to pay, so looked elsewhere. He acquired the majority shareholding in Derby County, became executive chairman and immediately sought and found foreign financial backers.
I've few worries about his involvement in Hull FC, certainly far fewer than I would have had if Hetherington was still involved

| Dont see what the problem is with a chairman commenting on issues which could only be for the good of the game? Why should teams favoured by the rfl be given the green light to poach players from a poorer team trying to develop itslelf fairly? Why should the rfl agree to a sponorship deal which 50% of clubs did not agree with and most sensible people do either? From the outside looking in it gives the impression the rfl are more intrested in looking after itself as a business and the clubs that make it richer than what is best for the game as a whole!

No, it was the way it was delivered.
Why make any point of his non attendance at all IF his CEO has indeed gone along?

No, that is not what I said. I said that after he has left the club, they have then gone on to a higher level that they could not sustain. Pearson got them to a high level that is sustainable at the time, and the new owners have attempted to take them further than they were ready to.
City are in a similar position now to when Pearson left. They then went on to the Premier League under new owners who took the "all or bust" method, and went up sh*ts creek.

And strangely, over something which is obviously Wigan Warriors fault and not the RFLs. The RFL's verbal bitchslap of Wigan is nice to see though.
