Catalans can win at home without those three star forwards, and without David Mead. But they cannot win away without them. Fortunately next Saturday Catalans are at home to Salford. Hopefully Big Julien Bousquet will be back for that game and hopefully Antoine Gigot will be fit for that game. I look forward to Catalans giving Salford a big spanking.

Should certainly have had a man sin-binned and it’s borederline sending off and had a try bizarrely allowed for obstruction amongst other favourable decisions for them in the game.

Wire cannot complain about the ref in that game, they were more than helped by some of his decisions.

How can the penalty count be irrelevant? Surely that's one of the key indicators of which way any favourable refereeing decisions have gone. Regarding the non red card incident, it appeared to be a dangerous tackle and more than likely Dec Patton will get cited. Regarding the obstruction, both players were moving towards each other at the time of the collision, so by my book that's not foul play by Warrington.

If he gets cited and a suspension then it proves he should have been carded at the time. A suspension doesn’t help Catalans in the slightest.

A player in an offside position impedes a defender sliding across. It was given as obstruction on Friday night but not Saturday. Wire got away with that one.

Wire played poorly and didn't deserve to win. As I've stated before, it's two league points lost and no big deal.
