Im not getting into an old argument again but i would challenge anyone to name 2 better backs in SL than richards....judge him on his current ability rather than the handful of drab games he played when he was unsettled and settling in |

We will again have a good play-off series but either the FE or GF will be one step to far again. Leeds or Saints will win the GF.
There is no suprise package in the table above but if there is one team to do something extra next season it will be Huddersfield or Wigan |

I think the recruitment at most clubs so far has been poor, I think Hudds are the only ones to have significantly improved and even then they are still average. I'm not sure Catalans can kick on from this season so its more of them coming down a peg or two rather than Wire getting better

For that reason, a lot of fans take an instant shine to him and are blinkered for the rest of his time in charge. You're never going to achieve any more consistency with Kear in charge or improve the squad at all, regardless of financial considerations or anything else. To be honest, out of all the coaches currently around Kear is probably the last one I'd want in charge of my club, and that isn't a Wakefield thing because I said exactly the same to the Hull fans. |
