Funny how fans view things as many hull fans thought he was worse for us and more lenient for saints around the ruck for laying on'"
He was bloody awful tonight and did his level best to penalise Hull with questionable decisions. Not sure what the final penalty count was but pretty sure it was in St's favour.

| A knockonathon on a wet night, Saints pushed to hard trying to score on every play instead of laying down a good platform set after set.
HullFC were more steady and played a waiting game both defences were good, both attacks poor, Hull just played a more steady game.

| With 4 players ruling themselves out on the day or the day before the game, a prop playing at centre and up against the new favourites for the grand final on their home ground, I'll take that win. Bit of a cushion in 3rd now, potentially rest some players next week and travel down to Wembley!

And yet they won!!

| So if Hull weren't in the game, but Saints lost, if this a first that both teams weren't in the game?

This. People need to get this into their heads.

| James child has become a parody. I've seen men with no eyes, ears, legs or arms be better at their jobs as lollipop men than Child is at his . I remember years ago when he was a lowly linesman, Leon Pryce nailing a sweet 40-20 that bounced a foot in play and he gave it out in the full, even though the sky camera was bang in line with it. I thought Stevo was going to have a heart attack. No wonder our sport is a laughing stock when we employ whoppers like James child

But it isn't. I don't know a single person who I have spoken to who doesn't watch the game regularly who blames their viewing preferences on the officials. Those, like yourself, who profess to watch the game should look at defects in their own personalities before launching your faux outrage at officials. Officials are infinitely better now than they were in the 70s & 80s.

| In the main I think the Refs to a great job, on Friday night the saints fans where going mad for a knock on on the hull try but from where I was it seemed ok, and the ref was right in front of the try. So a lot of it is down to pie eyes!

There was a knock on. From Wilkin, he tried to intercept the pass from washbrook to green and fumbled It, child was correct to wave all on
