you think it's worth two pence?
Mystified as to why Leigh should be any more (or less) worried than the other 6 teams who end up in the Middle 8.

Just par for the course with that one.
If he had signed for Catalans to join his fellow NRL greats it would be the best piece of business of the season

You and the other defenders of Kevin Locke are ignoring the mountains of evidence that the aforementioned Kiwi has been carrying injuries for more than three years, and that this was a major reason why the New Zealand Warriors splurged a small fortune on old spindly legs Samuel Tomkins. The baby faced full back also has a problem with training discipline. Granted he had a distinguished youthful initiation into the NRL, but those glory days are long gone. Kevin Locke is damaged goods.
How appropriate that the Super League club with an archaic 1930s vintage run down stadium should have signed an enfeebled crock in its desperate quest to avoid relegation to the Championship.

Do you actually even think about what you are going to say or do you just point your fingers at the keyboard and the complete BS comes rolling from your finger tips?
The club he has signed for are clearly in a bit of bother but are trying there best to avoid the drop. By signing one of the best full backs in the game is a massive plus. Good luck to them.
Just remind me also how many trees your superstar urine supper has pulled up this year. That's right none because he's been just as much of a sick note as Locke.
I assume I'm not the first one to have fallen into this "doylum's" trap?

These injuries you talk about, did Stephen Kearney know about them when he selected Locke for the World Cup Final against Australia in 2013?
Is he more busted than Todd Carney?

What do you know about defenders?
Your 2 favourite teams in the Comp this year have the 2nd and 3rd worst defensive records in the comp and have just shared 58 points in 80 minutes of "Tackling is optional RL"

I do not know what Stephen Kearney knew or did not know in 2013. All I do know is that the current crock, Mr. Kevin Locke will not be selected for New Zealand again. There are several players who can play full back and are better than him, notably the current star incumbent Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, but also Peta Hiku, Joshua Hoffman, Tuimoala Lolohea, Afghan-Kiwi Omar Slaimankhel, and the Christian teetotaller Samuel Perrett.

If he's been carrying these injuries for over 3 years then that takes all the way back to the end of the 2011 season early 2012 at best.
Surely if these injuries were as debilitating as you imply he'd never have risen through the ranks at the Warriors and wouldn't have been anywhere near capable of securing the New Zealand Full Back spot for the 2013 World Cup Final?
More ill informed drivel from you!

Josh Hoffman is an Australian
Afghan-Kiwi Omar Slaimankhel, REALLY! a 23 year old who got released by NZW after only making 5 appearances
What utter hogwash from a clueless buffoon

Wrong! He is part Australian and part Kiwi. He qualifies for both and has chosen New Zealand. Joshua has represented the New Zealand Kiwis 5 times!
You do need to keep up.

Good heavens. Slaimankhel was released by NZ Warriors because he got an offer from rugby union.
He has now returned to rugby league and has been snapped up by the high flying Sydney Roosters, as a possible replacement for Roger Tuivasa-Sheck.
Again, it would help the members of this forum if you were better able to keep yourself informed of players' professional biographies.

No mention of Joshua Hoffman then!
The Australian who you think is ahead of Locke for a NZ shirt
I know all about Slaimankhel and his stint in Japan playing Union thanks, I also know about Roosters taking a punt on a bloke in his mid 20s who's only played 5 Senior games of Rugby League. The laughable part is that you think this nobody is ahead of Locke in the pecking order for a NZ international shirt.
