Are you seriously trying to argue that Bradford have a strong squad?

Well, on those performances alone, we clearly did have a squad that was capable of competing. Strong? I don't think he's trying to suggest that. Inconsistency was our achilles heel last year, the fact we've turned some of the best teams over so comprehensively (you can add Saints at home to that as well) shows we can compete, not that we will.
The main points have been addressed, the backline was a problem last year and the additions of Kear, Lulia and Purtell with the crucial half-back additions such as Gale and Sammut, should spell an improvement in our fortunes this year. Most Bradford fans would class not making the 8 as a failure this year.

| I think Bradford have done well to sign Gale, I rate him alot but I don't think him moving to the Bulls will help him out. He's only 23 and can still improve and I don't see him improving at Bradford.

How big an effect of losing Lynch will be in the pack?

| Quote: Panda92 "I wonder how Saints will fit Hohaia into the line-up, seeing as though a halves pairing of Lomax and Gaskell got them to the Grand Final last season. I'm guessing that it'll all depend upon how they do in preseason, but I don't see Lomax losing his spot.'"
Lomax has been promoted to our starting no.7. Hohaia is playing at 6. Last season was a bit too much for Gaskell. He's about a year behind Lomax in his development and experience. He has some great skills and has signed a three year deal with us but I would imagine he will be rotated with Hohaia in some way. Simmons did that with Pryce/Lomax/Gaskell last season.

| Can't see it working out for Nash with Cas, never seemed like SL quality to me.

| No mention of Witt or Craig Gower. If these two hit it off those up north had better watch out!

| I'm surprised no one has mentioned Patrick Ah Van in their worst signings. Probably the least interested player I've ever seen.
