| Quote Judder Man="Judder Man"Stats are showing Amor and Walmsley far superior when it comes to Tackle Busts, Metres Made and Offloads (Prop Work) and doing hard yards in a very poor team. Taylor is better in defence and is playing well in a very good team.'"
I'd take watts or taylor over amor every day of the week and walmsley is a shadow of the player he was last year. Hull have the luxury of decent quality on the bench hence taylor and watts play less minutes than their saints counterparts. Taylor's average metres gained per carry is significantly more than either of them

Walmsley is not playing to his potential and I suspect Taylor is playing to full potential due to good workload balance with the Hull team.
Taylor: 2580 metres, 40 tackle busts and 8 offloads. (playing very well)
Walmsley: 3246 metres, 61 tackle busts and 26 offloads. (playing average)

If you are going to use stats, then you need to use them all, his meters are only more as he takes more drives, Taylor's average gain is better is far better from Taylor than both, more tackles and less misses than both.
Also Taylor has given away 6 pens, compared to amor 15 and Walmsley 17.
So Walmsley is better at breaking tackles and offloading, but Taylor makes more metres per run and is a far better disciplined defender.
Apart from offloads Taylor's stats are all better than Amor.

But if Walmsley is offloading 4 times as much as Taylor then surely its probable that some of the players he offloads to is adding extra metres per tackle. Yes Taylor is a much better defender because Hull are a well organised team, Saints have been poor in this department.

Walmsley is a great prop, but was disappointing at the start of the year, was getting critism from own fans, I want my props to do more than just offload, over the season Taylor has been a better prop and deserves to be on the Dream Team this year.

If taylor was flogged every week like walmsley is then he'd be streets ahead but he doesn't need to be.
Like I said, walmsley was quality last year but is miles off that form this year. hill and taylor are the best 2 props in SL this season

Manfredi hasn't been the best winger at Wigan this year never mind top 2 in SL. Gelling and Williams spent too much time on the sidelines to be considered.

Shaul has dropped off recently and struggling to name the best 6 this season. Minichiello has been unreal again this season, although I think he'll miss out.

| Quote Judder Man="Judder Man"Quality of Players for the Dream team is poor these days. 10 out of the 13 below played in the same seasons these individual players nominated the most (*) for there team position.
Paul Wellens (4)
Jason Robinson (5)
Gary Connolly (3)
Keith Senior (5)
Ryan Hall (4)
Danny McQuire (3)
Rob Burrow (3)
James Graham (4)
James Roby (5)
Jamie Peacock (11)
Gareth Ellis (4)
Ben Westwood (4)
Andrew Farrell (6)
Quality players who didn't get on the list but played in a couple of those seasons: Fielden, Long, Lyon, Sculthorpe, Barret, Cunningham, Newton, Lam, Briers.
I don,t think any of todays players could dislodge any of that list from the ultimate dream team.'"
I reckon Gareth Ellis could
