| Joshua Hodgson had another fine game for Canberra again yesterday. He was one of the top 2 players on the field. Elliot Whitehead also did well for Canberra.

Gee Whiz Read my post again. Ii didn't say Hodgson had a bad game. Eliott Whitehead had a shocker. Maybe he can be forgiven as he was playing out of position wearing No6. Whitehead had a knockonathon.

See I'm not knocking Hodgsons overall performance. But he was at fault for Shillingtons try [i whether you can't take it or not[/i.

Canberra Raiders would have won for sure if the imbecile Francis-Paul Nu'uasala had not foully knocked down Titans forward Ryan "Jesse" James in the last minutes, leading to a Titans penalty and a Titans try. Francis-Paul was obsessed with Ryan James, with whom he had been fighting earlier. Canberra coach Richard Stuart needs to demote Francis-Paul to NSW Cup for a week as punishment for sabotaging his team's win.

| Gareth Widdop played quite well today in St George's match against Penrith. I didn't see much of interest from Michael Cooper, though he did what was asked of him.

| Hodgson had another cracking game for the Raiders in a 60 point thrashing of Wests.
With Roby looking in form and Clark in the wings we really have some world class options at dummy half right now.

| Hodgson is one of the best players in the comp at the moment. I'll bet there's few NRL sides that wouldn't like him in their team.

| I would say George has been worse than Tom so far. But Tom's mind is clearly on getting a move to grid iron. Neither of them to play for England on current form but they (well, George if Tom decides to bail) have time to turn it around and I'm sure they will.

| The Burgess brothers are playing in a side out of form and far too formulaic - the players cannot think for themselves they have to play Maguire's way. Tough to shine in that situation

| Hodgson is quite rightly getting the wraps atm but Whitehead was really good yesterday, he came up with some skill that only a few back rowers can match.

| Joe Burgess has scored a few tries in reserve grade. The team, the Wyong Roos are currently in 6th.
I spoke to him, what a nice lad.
Bloody quick too.

Do you think he will get another chance at first grade this season?
