I have no degrees (though I now work beyond graduate level in civ. engineering, have an embarrassingly high IQ, a cycling proficiency certificate and a reasonable Xbox gamerscore), but I'd cut your losses on this one and go. HK's got you beat. Trying to look down your nose at him doesn't work when you have to bend your neck back so far.

However, you mention the law of diminishing returns. Now I'm not sure it's a "law" (though it does seem to borrow from the Newtonian laws of thermodynamics), but I understand it is effectively the business plan of Mike Turner and the Wrexham ANZACs.

i think the crusaders will struggle again this term on the field as they do not look a strong team, however it would be foolish to think that a good superleague club can simply be manufactured overnight simply by giving a team the franchise. it takes ages to get results from good youth systems etc

also building a good fan base will be difficult as probably a lot of hard earned supporters from last season will not travel to or support the new club
