Its a poor copy of a Wire home kit. Really baffled why some many clubs go for these designs that don't have anything to do with their history, surely it doesn't help attract sponsors and build up a brand.

and yet i understand that was one of Giants best selling shirts in recent times.

I don't mind the saints away shirt - prefer it to the cheap looking red and white thing - but the sponsor just plonked in the middle looks like an after thought .

It is a copy, but deliberately so. It's the kit (with a different collar) we used 25 years ago when we first won SL so it's a tribute to that.

I get that, just happens to be one I don't like. I generally like Bradford kits but this was not one of them. I personally hate fussy strips with pin stripes regardless of the team.

Home Wigan kit is a classic (for them). Away just looks weird. It's a very Wigan concept of the away matching the home but in blue, Hummell really put the effort in like that and I wish Saints would move to them. But it's just the wrong blue, there'a an obvious Wigan blue and that isn't it. The option to buy without a sponsor is also very intruiging, but it doesn't look better than with the sponsor as their sponsor is very wel integrated.

Quite like the Salford kits too except I think they could have incorporated the sponsor a bit better. Looks like a piece of paper was just glued to the kits. Apart from that a solid effort and one of the better kits for 2022.
