I dont get the Tansey binning.
I think sometimes the ref should apply some common sense

I thought the ref had a good game in the conditions, but that sinbinning was harsh IMO. It was not clear that the tackle had been completed, and had Tansey just left him Saints would have scored.

I also don't think the new rule about 'dragging' players into touch looks workable in reality

fantastic performance tonight though, looked like a completely different team to last season and Lauaki looks like he'll add the extra punch and unpredictability we have lacked.

Every year one of the pundits try's to be different and appear clever by predicting an outsider like they have seen into the future.

The reality is, despite this weekends results it will probably still be leeds and saints as front runners.

Top 3 for me will be Leeds Hudds and Warrington.

That is why it was a terrible bit of refereeing. If he ruled that the tackle had been completed then Eastmond should have been penalised for moving off the mark. If he ruled that the tackle hadn't been completed then Tansey had every right to have another bite.
Either way Tansey made a total b0ll0x of it.

Fortunately I don't need to bookmark any because I after 27 rounds, I'll be right - just like the previous 2 seasons...
