| Kear ticks all the boxes for me, I think people underestimate him as a coach becuase of the way he comes across, I used to myself. The man is a rugby league obsessive and has a lot of knowledge, he has a proven track record of winning when needed and can motivate a team for a one off games, One thing that would surprise many people about him is that for a coach who has been around for a long time and has a lot of experience he is still very open minded and willing to try new things, I remember his first pre season in charge of Hull he brought in specialist coaches for certain players from other sports for sprinting, kicking, wrestling etc I remember reading interviews with some off them who were very impressed with what he was trying to do.
I think its fair to say that his teams do not always play total free flowing rugby, he has has his teams organised but I think that it would also be unfair to simply call it 5 drives and kick, it was sensible approach only throwing the ball around when it was needed to do so, but lets face it our backs and halves are dross compared to what the Aussies can field, we can only get close to them in the forwards so an approach like that would be the best option.

I hope his long term future is at Wigan, work through the ranks with us first.
England will go with someone with more experience than Rads.

Lets just hope they include him in the England coaching set up and maybe one day he may take the coaching position.

Contradiction somewhere in this post but not sure where
SL is part of the reason for the games decline here but not the only reason.

| Eddie and Stevo is my option, put up or shut up time for these two, if they don't win every game they should be banished from our tv screens for ever!!!

| They should use it as an excuse to disband the international game for a few years. It just doesn't work.
How many other sports are there with an international aspect where the 3rd best side in the world can't beat the no 1 side?

It obviously does work because plenty of people watch and enjoy it. This includes many people who dont normally watch RL but they watch internationals because it involves an England representative team. It also makes money for the respective countries and the international board for the general good of the game and the development of the game.

| Brian McClennan and Michael Maguire. One has been at the helm of the best British club in the last year or so and the other has been assistant to arguably the best club team (I don’t agree) in the world.
We need England Training Sessions every month so players get used to playing with each other. However I know that will be hard for Ellis and Burgess but it seems that they aren’t the problem and are players that will slot into any team in the world.
