At least they are putting the game on. Just a couple of years back we wouldn't have dreamt of friendlies being put on tv. BBC do seem to be committing a lot more to putting rugby league on so lets just enjoy it.

I wouldn't get used to it if I were you. I'm pretty sure England games are moving back to Sky after next years world cup, which would be a step backwards I feel. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

I believe England games going back to sky was part of the new super league tv deal. Defiantly a backwards step, if not a giant leap backwards.

That would be a huge step backwards and a waste of the last few years of being on BBC.

For a friendly game, it's not a bad option. It's hardly going to be prime time on BBC 1.

I know that you like to harp on about how the game is going backwards but, when was the last time that a friendly RL international was on TV ?

Also when was the last time an England freindly was a good watch? We've got to get the likes of Wales, France and Scotland to improve and make games a contest before we can expect the BBC to put us on BBC 1 or 2.

very true.I'm just grateful i can watch the game, which i will. The red button is easy to get to for most people, don't see the big issue.
