Are Wakefield fans looking forward to this game? If my team was playing in this game, I wouldn't attend. There is no way I would watch and celebrate not being relegated.'"
is that what sport and being a supporter of a team is about? taking the rough with the smooth?
that afternoon at headingley when you beat warrington did you not celebrate in case you lost the final?
any reason to celebrate anything supporting your team and if that mean not being relegated then yes, it's not always about winning, or it shouldn't be.

I celebrated my team getting to Wembley for the first time in 29 years. I will not celebrate failure. I will clap my team at the end of a game win or lose but i wont celebrate. And with regards to taking the rough with the smooth, I started supporting HKR in the eighties and have seen more rough than smooth but I will never celebrate the fact that we manage to stay up when imo we should never be in that position.

| This match is a great idea in my opinion, championship needed something like this to really add some excitement to the competition. I don't think it will be a massive tragedy if Bradford don't get promoted because at least the chance of promotion is still there next year. Will be seen as a huge success if they do go up though.

| Looking forward to this game, pity its not at a neutral venue (Headingley) - I would probably have gone.
The game could go down to who deals with the occasion the best. Bulls should be the least nervous. Nothing to loose and everything to gain. Wakey are the polar opposite but i would back them with home advantage - just.

| So 1 8k crowd at Wakefield makes up for the previous 30 rounds of terrible crowds at both Wakefield and a Bradford?

| I would have been a lot happier with the format if one side had not been able to spend so much more and so late. Next year the date for new signings needs to be a good month earlier to stop the influx of new bodies for the teams in the bottom four.

Bradford's attendances have been pretty decent all year. 9k against Leigh and 7.5k at their place. When's the last time the championship got those sort of attendances.

How do you define a terrible crowd for Bradford? We've averaged over 5k a game which for a championship club is pretty good. Especially when you consider it's a better average than Salford and Wakefield and is pushing towards Widnes and Huddersfield.

I'm not really interested in attendances we have to qualify, you can't take those qualifications to the bank.
Bradford's attendances are currently terrible.

For a SL club, sure. But not for a Championship club which is what we currently are.

Can being a third of previous averages be anything other than terrible? Can dropping by a substantial amount be anything other than terrible? Can a club going from 12k to 5k in less than 3 years be anything other than terrible?
Bradford are a big boy club, they don't need patronising by being judged to a lower standard.
If you keeping thinking that 5k is 'good for where we are' it's not long before 5k just becomes 'good' and we know that isn't the case for Bradford. No excuses

| Yes attendances are down on previous seasons (understandable given the quality of the product on the field), but off the field Bradford are in a much healthier place than they have been for quite some time.
Whilst I don't agree that the victors of this game will determine whether the concept is a success or not, I do believe that Bradford have the best chance to go up this time than any Championship team will have in the future, and it will be a huge kick in the teeth to the Championship clubs if they don't.
With the difference in salary cap between the two leagues, we are seeing a Wakefield club who have had a crisis season, probably aren't spending the full cap, have off-field incidents concerning key players.
What I'm trying to say is, SL won't offer as weak a team as Wakefield to the Million Pound Game in future seasons, in my opinion.
