Yes those who are slowly losing the will to live - rugby union fans.
On a more serious note I wish Gareth Thomas all the best in rugby league however I still don’t agree that this should be the deciding factor of what game should be on sky.
Warrington v St Helens will be a lot more exciting than whatever Gareth Thomas comes up with tonight. However I’ve got a feeling this bloke is going to be a big hit once he fits in.

| The games were picked donkeys ago.
Crusaders will have a huge viewing figure tonight and the crowd at St Helens is also going to be huge, Wire are taking more than I've ever seen

I've seen saints v wire on the tv loads of times, havent ever seen cru v frogs so i for one am happy with the choice. Watching the same teams on tv over and over again bores me, let someone else be on.

What he said.
In any case, I'm off to Hull/Bradford tonight and will watch Crusaders later on having Sky+d it. No need for me to be up in arms!

big games shaping the season should be on TV IMO.
It would be unimaginable for Man Utd -v- Liverpool not to be on TV, and this game is the RL equivalent.

How many premiership games are on tv a week though. We get two sl games a week and we get the same teams over and over again. I wouldnt have bothered watching saints v wire tonight but as its something a bit differant i will be tuning in.

| Warrington vs Saints games are always entertaining and this fixture would have been best choice. Although it will be interesting to see how Thomas gets on.
Warrington will prove tonight if they are real title contenders or not.

I would of watched tonight if the televised game was Warrington v Saints. Instead sky have lost a vital viewing figure as [sizeI’ll compensate to listening to Leeds v Hull KR on the radio. [/size
Here’s to hoping that sky won’t make many more mistakes like this.
Why not go to the game. Then you won't have to worry about who is or isn't on TV

Boring rugby league bores me as I’m sure its bores many others. Warrington and St Helens matches are anything but boring. The main reason why I didn’t get a season ticket for the Rhinos this season was because throughout last season most of the rugby on show bored me.
Everyone has their own way of enjoying rugby league I suppose and we shouldn’t be criticising each other for the way we all enjoy it differently. However this decision by sky just doesn’t make any sense.
Quote: pyeman "Why not go to the game.'"
I am terminally unemployed and therefore I don’t have the sufficient funds that you need to see a super league game tonight and not that I would. If I had a season ticket I would have been at Headingley tonight. However as stated above I choose not to have one this year thanks to dull offering last season.
