I'll only get carried away when we're still in the top four after Easter.

| Wire
Wigan
Huddersfield
Saints
Cas
Leeds
Bradford
Salford
Hull KR
Harlequins
Hull
Catalans
Wakey
Crusaders
I do however think 2 points will seperate third from bottom and 8th, 4 points from third bottom and 6th, it's too close to call down there.

| Quote: gutterfax "Leeds have beaten Bradford (just) Salford, FC and Wakey.....all teams they would be expected to beat
Wire, Saints and Quins beat them and whilst Quins might be a "freak" result, Leeds would have expected to be more competative against the other 2.....they have Wigan next, then away to HKA then Huddersfield...I believe Leeds will still be on 8 points in 3 weeks time and that they will struggle to make the 8 this year......'"
We also beat Hull FC.
We were very competitive against Saints, a result which could have gone either way,
Wire are a very good side, and Quins have surprised a few people but it was very poor performance.
All this with a injury list which has seen us lose Hardaker, Smith, Delany, Lueluai, Burgess, Bailey, BJB, A ban for Cross added on to the long term injuries for Peacock and Mcguire who are two players any side would miss.
Im not sure we have it in us to challenge this year, but if we dont finish top 5, i would be very surprised.

| 1 Wire
2 Wigan
3 Giants
4 Leeds
5 Saints
6 Cas
7 KR
8 Reds
9 Hull
10 Bulls
11 Quins
12 Catalan
13 Crusaders
14 Wakey
Too tight to call between Wire and Wigan, both winning even with players to come back.
Giants have a really strong squad and injuries won't affect them, just lack that bit of world class talent to trouble the top two.
Leeds and Saints will come good come September both have match winners in their ranks just lack depth.
Cas have had an excellent start, but as pointed out only really played Huddersfield they have all their toughest fixtures ahead of them.
Rovers when they get Dobson back they easily make the 8
Reds, look at our opening fixtures, Leeds, Saints and Wigan we were expecting to lose, real marker playing crusaders after the Cardiff fiasco, will show whether we have turned a corner or back to square one
FC have enough to challenge the 8, think they will fall short, too inconsistent
Bulls far too leaky defensively, on their day can beat most but again lacking constancy
Quins started well but too inexperienced to maintain
Catalan will win a few more in the summer down in the south of France, no depth behind Bosc and dureau which behind a big pack you need direction
Crusaders have a good spine with sammut, Clinton (not even attempting to spell his surname) and witt, but not enough platform set for them 3
Wakfield lack experience, quality and depth they will shock a few but only down to their opposition play poorly (Catalan and hull are living proof)

| It still amazes me how a lot of people are still listing Leeds Rhinos as a top 4 side this year.

If both FC and Salford finish above Bradford this season I will acknowledge you as the most knowledgeable RLfans poster in my sig.

| So most people are tipping us for bottom 4, eventhough we've already played at Leeds, Saints and Warrington. The only "big" team we have to travel to is Wigan, and we beat them last season....
Anyway, most of you predicted us to finish bottom this year, so I say keep the predictions coming!
