Horrific news. RIP young man.

Terrible news, my heart goes out to his family and I'm sure they can only take comfort from the fact that he passed away playing the sport that he undoubtedly loved. May he rest in peace and, hopefully, some positive may come from this and possibly lead to better screening for potential heart defects and the like.

My thoughts are with his family and friends, and I'm sure I'm not alone in that.

I was truly shocked when I was told about this. For a lad to lose his life so young doing something he loved is very sad. I was choking up telling a family member about it.

All of a sudden the other threads and ramblings on this board and others seem very VERY insignificant.
RIP, was hoping earlier it wouldn't turn out to be so.

Proof if it were needed what a great umbrella RLFans.com is and no one should be surprised the heartfelt response from fans of numerous clubs and it does indeed put everything into perspective.

Not just RLfans but the whole rugby league community in general.

Yes, every RL Forum im a member on around the world has a thread with condolences coming in.

Yup, just looking through the facebook statuses of fellow rugby league fans tonight says it all, I think nearly everyone of them that has been updated tonight is in tribute to him.

You are not wrong, this is a tragedy which will be felt far and wide.

Sad sad news, thoughts with the family and Trinity from a Tiger

I found out last week l got made redundent, being feeling world is against me.......l feel so bad now.....this young man has lost his life...

l have gone up stairs to give my little boy an extra cuddle.....Leon, l never knew you but am sat at my computer crying my eyes out....
