away from the reffing controversy, and i agree it was a dodgy obstruction decision but they have happened to us at times too, it was a great performance by a hull fc side shorn of 5 props, 2 back rowers starting in the front row, 2 players on debut and a young lad making his second appearance. add in a masterclass by Sneyd and there's some good signs for hull to build on

Williames back foot was inside his own 40 and that decision again was poor. Also Sky seem to think only FC have injuries? How did Ellis not get done for his headshot on Bird? End of the day it's 2 point for Hull and sets up Friday nicely if nothing else.Hopefully they have had their luck today and we get a ref who is not heavily favouring Radfords Ram Raiders.

It was the correct ruling. The ball has to go 10 metres before any player can touch it- it’s an awful ruling though- thing is with that kick if he hadn’t caught it the trajectory of the ball would probably have taken it 10 metres.

I hope the catastrophically bad call by the ref to that no try obstruction hasn't deterred criticism for the rest of his game. Cos Kendall was abysmal before that, infact he ruins and has a massive say in quite possibly every game he's involved in. How many penalties were given? Would you want to really pay money to see that?

Like I said earlier it's barely even a game or sport when it's like that, it's a pale imitation of a game I knew called rugby league.

The ball travelled 10 as the cats player caught it inside 40? You can’t say it didn’t beucase it never bounced and thus you would only be assuming it was going to bounce short in the first place? There could’ve been a big gust of wind to take it that much further, but the player never allowed it to bounce (right thing to do) and was catching it in his own 40.

The BALL did not go 10m and it was the Dragons player that prevented it doing so.
