Another car analogy!

You buy a car, roadworthy, good condition, everything...The owner tells you he was involved in an accident and the price may be adjusted because of this, brilliant!

2 days later you're arrested for a hit & run the vehicle was involved in before you'd bought it.

Heck, you bought the car, you deserve to go to prison.

You arent buying a car. You are buying a business. One that is peoples jobs and livelihoods. One that hasnt been involved in a crime. One which provides enjoyment to hundreds or thousands. One which is part of our great game. If we didnt have people like those at Bradford, or Michael Carter and his team at Wakefield. Those clubs would be dead. They wouldnt be better run, they wouldnt be spending less on players and sustainable, they wouldnt be thriving teams at a a level they can afford or any other other catchphrases people want to use to justify their bloodlust. They would dead and gone and the game would be poorer for it.

Punishing the people who try to save these clubs is not only shooting ourselves in the foot, its kicking the Dr in the balls and spitting in his face for having the audacity to try and heal it.

There's been 2,3, 4? attempts to sort out the Bradford mess and all have failed despite the use of administration/ripping off the guilible. This new lot are already careering down the slippery slope with the reported loan/advance/call it what you will revealed recently. Oh, and administration was merely a vehicle to spite a creditor (one who actually saved the Bulls from going completely belly up not long ago, no less).....and those in charge of the newco are the same lot who were running the oldco. Deserving of punishment - you bet they are

Where is it then? This alternative team in Bradford?

Where would they play? Whose going to fund them? Where are they going to get their players from?

To spite a creditor? Can you go in to admin out of spite? Is spite the only emotion which a court will accept none-payment of debt? Can i run up huge debts in a business and petition the court for administration out wonder? Out of contentment? Out of a general feeling of dread? Out confidence maybe? If it is a positive emotion do you still get a punishment? Or Do you get a reward if you put a club in to admin out of happiness?

I have quite honestly heard it all now. The reason an RFL member club should be punished, is that the man who ran up huge debts for that business, lost his money in it and those who run up huge debts for our clubs need to be protected from those trying to rectify the situation not paying them all the money they lost in running that club in to the ground back.

That Michael Carter is a real bugger isnt he, whats he doing now, signing players, upkeeping a stadium keeping a club afloat, doesnt he realise poor Ted Richardson and Andrew Glover lost money at Wakefield. Why isnt he paying those poor lads back eh? I demand punishment!

Can someone please tell me unequivocally:

1 - What % by value of Wakey's creditors (excluding amounts owed to owners/directors) was repaid by the newco post-administration?

2 - Whether HMRC were repaid, and if so whether in full?

Serious question - since I've never managed to come across those numbers, and they do seem to have set some sort of a precedent for the scale of points deduction penalty reduction.

I have searched COMPANYCHECK.CO.UK but can find no record of these two.

Nah, would've had nothing to do with Glover 'calling in a loan...the intent was to escape creditors and drop debt and Carter has admitted as much on numerous occasions...not quite sure why youre trying to re-write history, but crack on.
