Doesn't the Hull KR shirt have a hoop that goes all the way around?

Not sure, that's the reasoning being used on the Wakefield board so not sure.

Decent? He's been consistently the best 13 in SL for some time now.

They can argue all they want, Sinfield has played consistently in a team that has won grand final after grand final, for the majoirty of O Loughlin's time as Wigan captain he was in a pretty average side. Lets put it this way, if O Loughlin wouldnt have been injured who do you think would have started at Loose Forward in the 4 nations??

| O'Loughlin didn't play and Sinfield played at 6, that's more numbskull banana though.

Considering Sinfield was playing Stand off, i doubt it would have been him.
There is a reason Sinfield has played so long and so consistently for Leeds and there is a reason why Leeds have won grand final after grand final, it might be because some of their players are a bit good.

| Quite like the Wakey kits. Personally prefer when a side goes one traditional and one maybe a bit different so a bit like Wigan have done for example but they are two smart looking kits. Collar looks a bit odd on home but then that changes in my mind pic to pic away one is smart. Sometimes you could say looks a bit plain but reckon just about rite
I like that Fev kit too actually. Bit different but not too much

| Quote: vastman "Like the Trinity kit.
Most kits have now thankfully gone back to being roughly traditional.
If you were to have taken someone who had not seen a RL game for 20 years to last years Wigan v Wakefield game unless you had told him in advance who the teams were they wouldn't have known. This season when Wigan play us there will be no doubt who the two teams are and that applies to a lesser or greater extent to Saints, Hull, Hull KR, Leeds, Cas, Widnes. This can only be a good thing.
The only team to really let the side down is Bradford (sorry Bulls fans because your club has done some great things). It's not just that the kit isn't traditional, for me it isn't even a RL style kit. Oh well there is always one
If that person had been watching RL at any point prior to the sixties they would have said Trin' straight away. Our kit last season was arguably the most traditional kit we've played in because it was a replica of our first kit and we've played in that design longer than the white kit.

Many coaches have stated Lockers is one of the best players in the league, including Tony Smith. I am certain that when teams play against us they pick out Lockers as one to stop. So much of our attacking play originally comes from him and his organising. Not to mention the incredible passes he puts out on a regular basis.

In effect that's true although a touch pedantic. The white kit appeared Intermittently from after WW2. Likewise the band and the V have both appeared on Trinity kits since the start. The V as late as 1963 before coming back in the 2000's. Last years kit was the closest match to the oldest known Trinity kit that is true. I'd also ay that taking away the war years it's as near as damn it 50/50 now.
However I think it's fair to say most clubs have a style of kit they are most recognised for. In Wigans case it was stripes from the start, for clubs like ourselves and say Cas the situation has been more fluid.
That said you would have to be a total pedant not to accept that to the vast majority of Trinity/RL fans the white shirt with blue and red band is the classic strip.

If it helps I reckon they are both average.
