With only one upset and most fixtures going to form there could easily be 5 clubs on 8 points at end of middle 8's.

Two of these would be up, two in Mpg and one down all based on points difference. Not sure it would be a great outcome.

Can't see 5 teams on 8, but I can easily see 3. Leigh, Huddersfield and Salford would be my prediction.

The key games will be Hull KR v Huddersfield, Leigh v Huddersfield and Hull KR v Leigh.

What's also interesting is that Leigh play Leeds in the last round of fixtures. Leeds will almost certainly have done enough to avoid the mpg by that stage, there's every chance that Leeds might rest a few or the players could have their minds on their impending vacations.

This is a valid point.

Given our form this year, I wouldn't back against Leigh giving us a game regardless of our team.

Not difficult to get 5 teams on 8. All games go to form(ish) except London beat Hull KR at home and HKR beat Leeds.

You mean like last year when Bradford and Wakey both 'lost' their final game in the qualifiers to Fax and Sheffield respectively. On the subject of points difference Leighs habit of going missing in the last 10 minutes of each of the three games so far has cost them around 40 points. Will that be the difference between automatic promotion (3rd) and the away team in the MPG (5th).

How hard is it for you to understand? I WAS NOT MOANING! People think Salford are down because they lost to a championship club. They are not. They lost to a championship club last year they weren't relegated. I think if Leigh can pick off another one (and they will) they will go up automatically. That means at least one superleague club will be relegated. I look forward to them moaning!
